UNFREEZE is a digital, downloadable guide and accompanying materials (including any bonus checklists, systems, or a Notion dashboard template) intended for informational and educational purposes related to sports psychology and mental performance in football. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or mental health treatment.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the Product for your own individual use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or republish the Product or any part of it without prior written permission.
Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider (Whop). Upon successful payment, you will receive access instructions to the Product. It is your responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address at checkout.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase at the email address listed on our Contact page and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
UNFREEZE provides tools, frameworks, and exercises based on general sports psychology principles. Individual results depend on personal effort, consistency, and circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to improved match performance, selection, or results.
All content within UNFREEZE, including text, structure, systems, and branding, is the property of Unfreeze and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unfreeze and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Product.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
